We’re looking for a hands-on Design Lead to guide and inspire a small but mighty design team (1–2 designers) while owning the end-to-end design process for our B2B and B2C digital platforms. You’ll combine strategic thinking with pixel-perfect execution — shaping design systems, leading research, and ensuring every interaction delivers value to both our enterprise clients and consumer users.
You’ll be just as comfortable interviewing users as you are watching a Quantum Metric session replay to uncover friction points. Your work will be informed by both qualitative feedback and quantitative data, turning insights into intuitive, scalable design solutions.
Lead by example — own design delivery for high-impact projects while guiding 1–2 designers.
Run and oversee user research — interviews, usability tests, and prototype validation sessions with both B2B and B2C users.
Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Quantum Metric, Hotjar, Amplitude) to:
Review session replays and identify UX friction points.
Translate behavioral data into actionable design improvements.
Translate insights into action — create user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
Build and maintain our design system — ensuring scalability across multiple products and platforms.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design decisions with business goals.
Drive feedback loops — set up and own processes to capture, synthesise, and integrate feedback from clients, users, and internal teams.
Define and track design KPIs to measure the impact of your work on usability, adoption, and satisfaction.
Mentor junior designers — upskilling them in research, design execution, and communication.
5+ years in UI/UX design, with experience across both B2B and B2C digital platforms.
Proven track record designing for enterprise workflows and consumer-grade experiences.
Strong leadership skills — able to guide small teams and elevate their craft.
Research capability — confident in both qualitative (interviews, usability tests) and quantitative (session replay, analytics dashboards) methods.
Proficiency with Figma and related design tools.
Experience creating and governing design systems.
Excellent storytelling skills — able to communicate design rationale to non-design audiences.
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments alongside product and engineering.
Strong organisational skills — able to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
A strong product mindset — able to design for long-term product growth, not only for individual projects
Nice to Have
Experience designing for API-first products.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
Exposure to A/B testing or product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
Impact: Shape design culture and processes from the ground up.
Variety: Work across both consumer-facing and enterprise-facing products.
Collaboration: Partner closely with product, engineering, and clients.
Growth: Mentor others while continuing to hone your own design craft.
