Popis pracovnej ponuky

Reporting to our management team, you will be in contact with all operational staff to ensure the following tasks

Office Management :

  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the office: purchase of office supplies, storage, space optimisation, monitoring of various service providers
  • The role is to ensure that the company is well behaved and that its employees are well behaved.
  • Participate in the integration of employees

HR management :

  • Coordinating the payroll system and social management with external accounting and auditing firms (employee expense reports, medical visits, company health and welfare insurance, meal tickets)
  • Manage internship agreements and employment contracts
  • Management of training agreements and employment contracts
  • Administrative management: archiving and filing of contracts / administrative documents
  • Support the recruitment team for all projects (logistical organisation of forums, employer brand action plans, interviews)
  • Managing the Onboarding and Offboarding of employees

Team life :

  • Organisation of business trips in France and abroad (Europe, US, Asia…)
  • The role is to ensure that all employees are aware of their rights and responsibilities and to ensure that they are able to participate in all aspects of the company’s business.
  • Happiness management: guaranteeing a good working atmosphere and group cohesion, organising team building / birthdays / festive events after work (Halloween, Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, etc.)

Preferované skúsenosti

• 2+ years in Human Resources and/or Office Management experience
• Ability to anticipate needs and execute with strong attention to detail
• Possess strong accountability and an ability to ensure data confidentiality
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and have a high sense of urgency
• Ability to collaborate and support team outcomes using effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in French and English
