We're now looking for a BDR Director to lead our global outbound engine. You will be responsible for building the foundation, scaling the team across EMEA and the US, and designing the strategy that fuels our next phase of hyper-growth. Most of our BDRs are based in Paris, so the ideal candidate will be located in the Paris area.
As our BDR Director, you will be the architect of our outbound sales machine. You will transition from "building" to "scaling," ensuring our message resonates globally while maintaining a high-performance culture across different time zones.
Directly manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of BDRs across EMEA and the US
Design, implement, and iterate on our first comprehensive Sales Playbook (outreach sequences, objection handling, and multi-channel strategies)
Set and track KPIs, quotas, and conversion metrics to ensure a predictable and scalable pipeline
Tailor outbound approaches to fit the nuances of both the European and North American markets
Optimise our sales tech stack to drive team efficiency
Work closely with Sales Leadership and Marketing to align on ICP, lead quality, and seamless handoffs to Account Executives
We're seeking a builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a "coach’s mindset." You are comfortable with the ambiguity of a startup and have a proven track record of creating order from chaos.
You have significant experience leading and scaling BDR teams, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
You have worked in fast-paced, high-growth environments and know what it takes to scale from Series A to B (and beyond)
You have a proven ability to build processes and sales playbooks from scratch rather than just following existing ones
Experience managing teams across different regions (specifically EMEA and the US)
Interest in or experience within the cybersecurity industry is a major plus (but not essential)
As you will lead a global team, native-level or fluent English is required
Work on meaningful problems with real-world impact in cybersecurity
