Popis pracovnej ponuky

You are an agency facilitator and trusted partner to both clients and your team.  You are the ‘to-go person’ clients reach out on day-to-day needs and act as the operational orchestrator of daily activities.  

You report to the Account Lead of the brand.  

 Key responsibilities: 

  • Manage one or several brands 

  • Manage day-to-day communication between the clients, Publicis teams and the production hubs abroad, ensuring that communication flows effectively 

  • Help execute scope of works and communications plan across disciplines and agency teams 

  • Elaborate budget plans and have them validated by the account director.  

  • Administrative tasks: arrange and attend meetings and write conference reports to document the outcome of meetings  

  • Take part in the selling of creations and recommendations, and in the negotiation of agency fees  

  • Keep updated the client brand strategic overview and the competitive analysis 

  • Keep a pulse on emerging platforms and trends that are relevant to our work and clients. 

  • Take part in upstream thinking and creative brief for campaign making, as well as review and present concepts/layouts/copy for approval 

 

Client relationships: 

  • You will handle the relation between the agency and the brand project manager of the client.   


Preferované skúsenosti

  • 3+ years of experience in project management and confirmed account executive posts in communication agencies –preferably in healthcare agency-, and a deep interest on business logic in order to steward all elements of engagement. 

  • Be exceptionally organized, self-motivated, flexible and detail-oriented. 

  • Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of nationalities 

  • Must have strong oral and written communications skills in English  

  • Strong service orientation 

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and decision-making skills 

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines 

  • Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment 

  • Ability to work independently and in teams 

  • Passionate about getting others involved and having fun along the way 

  • Accurate and proficient note-taking abilities 

  • A plus if you have a scientific background 

  • Fluent in French; professional English
