About the Role :

You support the Account Team to plan, coordinate and direct advertising campaigns for our multinational clients (Pharmaceutical companies) in health communications.

Principal responsibilities:

• Support the Senior Account Teams on a daily basis:

• Guide the day-to-day development of advertising activities within approved plans;
• Ensure that progressive stages are approved with adequate time to meet schedules;
• Serve as a liaison with all parts (internal & external);
• Be responsible for accurate and timely follow-up;
• Help in the creation of timelines, status reports & contact reports
• Communicate effectively with Creative & Medical teams to drive best product deliverables
• Provide constructive feedback & maintain strong working relationships with Creative & Medical teams.
• Maintain accurate, organized files

Remote working 2 days per week

About You :

Must demonstrate a proven track record of:

• As future student trainee Apprentice, with a dual background in Biology/medicine/sciences and Marketing(ideally), you are looking to complete a degree course.
• Good client service & relationship building
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
• A knowledge of healthcare communications environment, with ideally a medical & scientific experience/background or current business school graduation
• Ownership of responsibilities, proactive
• Team player, positive influence
• Solution oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s Degree
• A very good level of English (oral and written) is mandatory
