🎯Job summary
We’re looking for a driven and results‑oriented Amazon Account Manager to join our expanding global team in New York for a 12‑month VIE assignment (that can be renewed once for the same period). You’ll manage a premium portfolio of global brands, provide strategic consulting, and oversee full‑funnel Amazon growth: from onboarding to execution to optimization. As part of a high‑performing operations team, you’ll also influence our tech platform and contribute to innovation.
💥Key Responsabilities
Client Strategy & Performance Management
Define and implement strategic roadmap for your clients’ growth on Amazon
Monitor performance metrics, including advertising campaigns, across your client portfolio, delivering insightful reports and strategic recommendations.
Conduct monthly business reviews and ad‑hoc deep dives into sales/ad performance to identify and activate growth levers.
Optimize strategies continuously: listings, content, pricing, paid ads, inventory & marketplace availability.
Client Onboarding & Platform Integration
Lead kick‑off workshops to define each brand’s launch strategy: product portfolio, pricing, budget, competition analysis.
Seamlessly onboard clients onto our proprietary SaaS marketplace tech (OmnyAI), deploying Amazon presence using AI‑powered tools (content generation, ad optimization).
Drive the end‑to‑end launch roadmap and ensure smooth transition from Sales to Operations.
Client Satisfaction & Retention
Be accountable for operational excellence
Cultivate strong client relationships at senior levels, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
Platform & Process Enhancement
Provide user‑feedback to Product & Data teams to shape the next features of our marketplace platform.
Support internal process development, refine workflows, and champion best‑practice methodologies within the team.

📈 Qualifications :
Graduated from a Top Business or Engineering School
0‑3 years of professional experience (operations / project management / business analysis) — ideally with exposure to digital commerce, account management or client‑facing roles.
Hands‑on and problem‑solver: you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and tackle complex challenges.
Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken), confident in an international context.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to interpret data, identify trends and derive actionable insights.
Solid understanding of e‑commerce, retail, marketplaces. Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central is a clear plus.
