Main objective : Develop the network of experts in the assigned region and maximize the revenue generated through them.

You will be in charge of :

  • Oversee the expert conversion funnel and optimise it in order to maximise the number of experts in the region:
  • Manage the transition of old partners into the new program
  • Directly engage with high potential prospects and convert them into PS Expert
  • Support prospects stuck in the funnel and address their blocking points
  • Support the organisation of events aiming at acquiring new experts
  • Support the Country Manager within the context of the TEMPO project in either converting MBE centers into PS experts (when they qualify) or make them partner (matching) with top tier existing experts
  • Feed the pipeline with lists of prospects relevant for the region
  • Work with the channel marketing manager in order to optimise the conversion funnel
  • Maximise revenue generated through the reseller and the merchant connection schemes:
  • In coordination with the Channel Strategy Manager, define the catalogue of products and services Experts in the region can “resell” 
  • Analyse expert performance and implement a tiered strategy aiming at maximising revenues
  • Develop a close relationship with top tier Experts and meet them at least once a quarter for a QBR
  • In coordination with the Channel Marketing Manager, develop a communication strategy to maximise reseller program adoption and revenue generated
  • Facilitate merchant lead generation for experts
  • The channel manager is the main single point of contact for the experts in the region. She / he will loop in subject matters experts upon need / opportunities (eg. Mid Market services…)
