Mission:
As the Partner Solution Engineer for the APAC region, you play a central role in Powell’s growth by driving success in enterprise deals, supporting strategic partners, and evangelizing Powell solutions across the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical demonstrations and presentations for enterprise prospects and strategic partners.
Support and participate in RFPs, bid defenses, and complex solution evaluations alongside Sales and Presales teams.
Act as a technical expert and evangelist, communicating the value of Powell’s solutions to both business and IT stakeholders.
Actively participate in SharePoint, intranet, and digital workplace expert communities in the APAC region, building visibility and credibility for Powell.
Animate and engage the partner ecosystem through webinars, technical workshops, and local events.
Create and maintain technical assets (documentation, guides, demo environments) tailored to enterprise requirements and APAC market specifics.
Provide ongoing technical support and enablement for partners: onboarding, presales, deployment, troubleshooting.
Gather and relay product feedback from the field to Powell’s Product/R&D teams; contribute to product improvement and localization efforts.
Work closely with partners on strategic opportunities, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, successful deployments, and business growth.
Experience in technical presales, solution engineering, or partner management in enterprise software/SaaS environments.
Strong skills in technical presentations, demonstrations, and bid defense for enterprise accounts.
Ability to evangelize solutions and communicate value to diverse audiences (business, IT, partner, customer).
Active participation or willingness to engage in digital workplace, SharePoint, and intranet communities in APAC.
Comfortable collaborating internationally and working autonomously in a remote-first team.
Fluent in English; additional APAC languages are a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or digital workplace solutions is highly valued.
