As the right hand of the Chief of Staff and CEO, you will work on various strategic topics. You will report directly to the Chief of Staff and have a 360-degree view of how our organisation works.

Are you convinced that the future of digital will happen through video ? Do you want to get exposure with all departments, and discover how an organisation works from the inside ? YOUR MISSIONS 💪

Communication and Governance

  • You will assist the Chief of Staff in the preparation of the agenda, materials (including videos of course!) for global company meetings, board meetings and leadership team meetings.
  • You will contribute to the good communication of our strategy (written and verbal) for all employees, and updates on our company objectives and projects (OKRs).

    • Project Management

  • Environment: we want to reduce our carbon footprint as a company. We have a team of people led by the CoS who work on this objective. You will assist on the definition and follow-up of our initiatives to reduce our impact on the environment.
  • Operational excellence: you will make analyses, recommendations and follow-up to i) help our employees be more efficient in their jobs (AI-powered tools, review of routines); ii) ensure the company has a good control of its costs (purchases).

  • Your are looking for a 6 month internship
  • You have an excellent level of English (you will prepare materials in English).
  • Good skills on Google Slides/PowerPoint (and Google Sheet/Excel is a plus).

  • You are attracted to the digital world and have an interest in our industry (content/social media/video) and in artificial intelligence.
  • Creative & proactive: you have plenty of ideas and are not afraid to share them.
