What you will do
- Own and grow key accounts, ensuring clients extract maximum value from their Planon system while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling software, SaaS, and services
- Advise and influence clients, delivering presentations and demos, guiding them through solutions, and providing actionable recommendations that improve business outcomes
- Collaborate and promote Planon’s solutions, networking internally and externally, co-creating strategies, and sharing insights across teams
- Manage accounts strategically, keeping accurate information in our CRM to support data-informed decisions and long-term portfolio growth
You are someone who thrives on building relationships, influencing strategy, and driving measurable results. You bring empathy, curiosity, and a natural ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
Our ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
- Several years of account management experience, ideally in IWMS, workplace software, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the intersection between sales, software, and client strategy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy, courage, and an innovative mindset.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Living in or near Duisburg.
