The Junior Product Manager at Phagos supports the successful deployment, evaluation, and optimization of phage-based solutions currently being tested on pilot farms. Working closely with major agrifood players, veterinarians, farmers and the internal lab teams, they help ensure that early product rollouts generate valuable data, user insights, and operational learnings that guide the path to large-scale commercialization.

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities between farmers, veterinarians, and internal teams (Lab, Field Techs).

• Ensure timely delivery and follow-up on operational tasks related to product deployment.

• Support the Product Manager with documentation, planning, and reporting activities.

• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks and suggesting solutions.

• Assist in aligning operational activities with company goals and project milestones.

• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

• Curiosity and active listening.

• Autonomy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Ability to work in a scientific or technical environment.

• Experience: 6 months/1 year of experience in Product management.

• Education : Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Agrifood, Animal Production, or related field.
