Your scope

You will be working on P44, our internal platform integrating all delivery and transportation information. P44 is undergoing a major platform migration. Key feature after migration is that we can track all modes of transport – Deep Sea , Short Sea , FTL, Trailers, Bulk in one platform

Your key missions

• P44 Migration to Movement, stabilization and training to new users and addition of new Brand Companies

- Ensure the change is smooth with all stakeholders and reporting , work on training and streamlining of ways of working.

- Add new Brand Companies for better and improved coverage.

•  Dashboard for Brand Quality wise DFC and SSOS as Inventory has been identified as a key transformation initiative by Global Supply Chain Director 

- Start reporting Inventory DFC and SSOS in Value, Volume and No. of Days at BQS level.

- Automate inventory reporting with S&OP and IT teams

•  Support to Product Cloud (our internal product information platform) team for testing

- Product Cloud is migrating to a new version, support the team on migration and testing.

• You hold a bachelor's degree, ideally major in supply chain, logistics or IT.
• You have first experiences in these related areas, especially in supply chain or transportation management. You have data analysis skills.
• You have excellent communication skills and you are proactive.
• You are fluent in English, French would be a plus.
• You have a good command of Microsoft Office Pack.
