We are looking for a Product Manager Ecosystem.

You will be responsible for our range of accessories, driving product growth, working hand in hand with 2 Product Managers and Marketing team.

More specifically, you will:

• Drive a deep understanding of woman’s health market, understanding women’s needs through continuous user research. Identify key pain points and uncover new product opportunities. Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Care to understand use cases, international specificities, and market constraints.

• Build clear product specifications to deliver impactful products, from hardware design to packaging. We love the lean approach for faster and more relevant iterations.

• Work closely with international manufacturers and quality team to ensure smooth delivery. Source new products by testing thoroughly and handling validation

• Plan product launches by aligning with supply chain and revenue teams. Prepare product descriptions and technical specifications to define communication, pricing and logistics levers.

• Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Embark people with you through clear communication of progress, roadmap and constraints.

• Handle an existing portfolio of 10 products. Prioritize initiatives of improvements and new launches based on impact, feasibility, user value and strategic fit.

• Define key success metrics and monitor product performance automatically. Make data-driven decisions to iterate and improve the products.

🎓 Master’s degree from an engineering school, industrial design school, or product management program

💼 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a startup or scale-up.

🏭 Experience working on product development with industrial partners in China.

📚 Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a pragmatic and problem-solving mindset.

🌐 Able to manage complex projects with internal and external stakeholders.

🙌 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

💬 You speak and write excellent English, Chinese and French.

🤰 You are comfortable talking about women’s health issues, are not intimidated by the topics of pelvic floor health, the vagina, childbirth and female intimacy in general, and curious to learn more.
