As a Senior Solution Architect, working on our OPCP product, you will lead the design and validation of OVHcloud enterprise-level solutions. You will be accountable for producing architecture deliverables of the highest quality and ensuring alignment with the product capability, scalability, security, and operational viability, and then for the sequenced execution of the delivery.

Occasional travel to client sites is expected to support workshops, assessments, and solution delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design of complex technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Define and deliver architecture documentation such as:
• Low-Level Designs (LLD)
• Architecture Decision Cases
• Integration diagrams
• Requirements matrix
• Ensure the consistency, clarity, and reusability of all deliverables.
• Lead architecture governance processes and present solutions in architecture review comitees.
• Proceed to paced execution of the designed architecture to avoid missing deadlines on customer side.
• Engage with internal stakeholders (CPTO, CSO) and external ones (business, IT, security, operations) to validate architecture and implementation choices.
• Be the technology expert at OVHcloud on the dedicated technology : On Prem Cloud Platform
• Mentor junior architects and engineers in best practices for solution design and documentation and soft skills (customer centricity skills).
• Promote and present internally architectural standards, reusable patterns, and share best practices across teams.

Your Future Impact

In 6 months, you will have achieved:

• You will have a good understanding of the range of solutions offered by OVHcloud
• You will have designed several customer architectures from the application layer to the infrastructure layer
• You will be the primary point of contact for one or two clients on their project - for a duration of 6 months to 3 years

And in 1 year, you will master:

• You will be the internal technical reference for one or several solutions, and for the workloads of large accounts, mission critical
• You will perfectly master the project milestones of the client, and will have executed and planned the activities necessary to achieve these deadlines
• You will be called upon to coach one or several junior Solutions Architects who will join us

Required Profile:

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture or systems design.
• Strong customer centricity skills
• Experience dealing with big accounts and proven ability to produce high-quality documentation that allows technical teams customer challenges understanding.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solution Architect, or Azure Architect Expert are highly valued.
• Appreciated : background in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, integration, and enterprise platforms.
• Appreciated : Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
