The Turo Product Organization is composed of product managers and designers who synthesize customer feedback, data, and goals into actionable product roadmaps that they design and develop with their team. We collaborate with nearly every function in the company, artfully aligning user needs with business goals to create and launch product initiatives. Product leaders guide the process of researching, prioritizing, building, and shipping world-class consumer products, which is central to Turo’s mission of putting the world’s 1.5+ billion cars to better use.

About our team:
The Paris team is site to Turo’s newest product development team and the first to be based outside of the United States. The team is currently working on the convergence and integration of OuiCar toward the Turo global platform. Thereafter, the product development teams will transition to focus on this growing global Turo car sharing platform. We’re seeking an experienced product leader who will be the senior representative of the Turo product organization and manage a small team of PMs and designers.

What you’ll do :

• You’ll work with customers and our research, analytics, operations, & marketing teams to deeply understand, analyze, and synthesize customer needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications.
• You’re coordinate and coach the team to ensure they maintain high standards of collaboration, craft and customer/business impact
• You’ll partner closely with our design, engineering, data, and marketing leaders to execute on your roadmap and build outstanding digital products on iOS, Android, and Web..
• You’ll become a trusted advocate and resource for product initiatives.
• You’ll analyze and report on key product initiatives to leadership, product teams and other key stakeholders.

• Experience working with product development teams prioritizing, building, and shipping high-quality product experiences
• Experience commensurate with a senior management role
• Good judgment and self-direction
