You will join the team to guide and assist our users and ensure their utmost satisfaction in using our solution. In details, you will :

• Train and assist new clients

• Create lasting relationships with our clients by listening to their needs and providing a personalized experience

• Provide technical support daily and always support them with patience and advices 

• Ensure the smooth deployment of Juno in factories (planning and prioritization, monitoring deadlines, cost tracking, leading meetings)

• Build a constructive relationship with our clients in the optic of a continuous improvement of the Juno solution thanks to their feedbacks

• Anticipate and/or identify needs and issues to relay to the operational and product teams

• Challenge our current processes to improve them (tools, processes, format…)

• Making our clients and the team’s lives easier !

You are the ideal candidate if :

• You are sociable, dynamic, and have an entrepreneur soul

• You have a graduate degree from a business/engineer school or university (Bac +5)

• You have a 2 years experience in agile project management

• You have good listening skills and the ability to adapt to different environments

• You speak French and English fluently (written, read, and spoken mandatory)

• You pay attention to detail and you are thorough

• You are good at explaining and are able to simplify things that may seem complex

• You have a “startup” mindset: equally ready to get your hands dirty and to contribute to strategic thinking on business matters
