As a Sales Operations Analyst you will play a critical role in supporting our sales performance analysis and improvement. You’ll report directly to the Sales Operations Lead and be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, managing operational processes and providing actionable insights to drive performance and efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, data and other teams to support strategy and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Daily missions :

  • Sales Performance Analysis: Providing weekly and monthly sales reporting, pipeline analysis, and forecasting support, including ad hoc analysis related to performance.

  • Pricing Management and Analysis: Providing pricing for new paths, evaluating ad-hoc reviews across lines of business, creating and maintaining our calculators and path catalog updates in Salesforce.

  • Strategic Commercial Dashboard Reporting: Creating, adapting and maintaining strategic dashboards used for day-by-day support for the commercial teams

  • Process and Tool Optimization: Identifying and implementing improvements to sales workflows and tools, including creating and maintaining guidelines for specific processes (such as discount delegation, forecasting, Sales Engagement tool, Aircall, etc)

  • Sales Enablement Support: Assisting the sales team with training on new tools and processes when required.

  • Territory and quota setting: Analyzing territory-level performance and support for the territory and quota setting exercises every quarter throughout our lines of business.

  • SPIFF and challenges management and procurement: Management of challenge request pipeline, and procurement processes.

  • Strategic Support and Coverage: Support other strategic initiatives and processes managed by the team, as well as coverage on vacation periods for other team members.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

You will be part of the Sales Operations Team, and will report to Alonso Diez Canseco, our Sales Operations Lead who is responsible for the business performance analysis and improvement.

The Sales Operations Team plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of our organization. This small, dynamic and collaborative team is dedicated to driving efficiency, and overall excellence in alignment with the company’s goals and vision.


Preferované skúsenosti

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets report structuring, data-logic and insight presentation (additional BI tools a plus).

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is required: production of reports, dashboards, understanding of Salesforce architecture.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of the organization.

  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.

  • Proactive mindset with a strong desire to drive continuous improvement and achieve results.

  • Level C1 minimum in both English and French.
