Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Scaleway Learning team to support the takeover and structuring of our certifications scope for clients and partners.
Your mission will be to manage the administrative lifecycle of certifications and training programs in order to ensure a smooth, rigorous, and high-quality experience for our clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM

You will be part of a team of 6 people, composed of 5 trainers and a Team Lead.
The team is responsible for internal and external training programs under the Scaleway Learning initiative. While you will not work directly on training delivery, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth administrative management of certifications and training activities.
You will collaborate closely with the Sales team and partners, acting as a central coordination point for all certification-related administrative matters.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
Tasks
Manage the full administrative lifecycle of certifications (creation, follow-up, validation, archiving)Handle training-related administrative tasks (quotes creation, sending documents, tracking signatures via DocuSign)
Manage and update data in 360Learning (LMS) and Google Sheets
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of certification activities
Coordinate with Sales and partners to ensure smooth client onboarding to training programs
Monitor and process incoming emails related to certifications and training
Ensure procedures are fully followed and continuously improved
Support internal training organization when needed
Maintain up-to-date documentation and administrative records
Contribute to the structuring and optimization of the certification scope
ABOUT YOU
HARDSKILLS
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative management, ideally in training or certification environments
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
Experience using an LMS platform such as 360Learning
Familiarity with digital signature tools such as DocuSign
Experience managing training administration (quotes creation, client follow-up, LMS management, etc.)

Strong service-oriented mindset
Autonomous and proactive in managing tasks
