Founded in 2016, OCUS produces high-quality, custom visual content at scale for international clients. To do so, we rely on a global community of over 20,000 highly-qualified image creators. Product-driven, we use state of the art tech to make the whole process seamless both for clients and image creators. Today, we deliver 4,000 assignments each week for clients such as Uber Eats, Booking.com, or Radisson.

Joining the OCUS Operations team means joining a team made of passionate people who have one mission: make sure that the OCUS photographer’s experience is the best experience that exists on Earth.

OCUS is looking for an intern - Photo Project Manager. As a member of the Operations team, you will actively contribute to ensuring that the media production runs smoothly by managing the relationship with our community of image creators and being their first point of contact.

Duration: 6 months (INTERNSHIP / STAGE)

As a Photo Project Manager, you will

• Ensure all of our clients’ orders are delivered within the quality and lead time targets;
• Monitor and support our community throughout the entirety of the process: order, matching, scheduling, image creation, upload and delivery of the media;
• Be attentive and reactive when image creators face issues to find solutions quickly;
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify areas of improvement;
• Participate in the automation of the production workflow with the Product and Tech teams;
• Ensure a perfect symmetry of information internally within all the OCUS teams.

After this internship, you will have

• Acquired knowledge about the photography industry
• Developed strong interpersonal skills in an international environment
• Handled and solved complex problems to accompany photographers
• Used a support ticketing system, a data visualization tool, and Google suite

• You have a valid “convention de stage” / 6 months internship agreement;
• Your specialisation is communications, project management, media or in a similar field;
• You are passionate about photography;
• You enjoy project management and have ability to build relationships easily;
• You are autonomous;
• You are motivated by the challenge and find great satisfaction in solving problems. Your mantra is “There are no problems, only solutions!”
• You are fluent in English (both written and oral).
• Other languages are a plus (Turkish, German, Arabic, Italian, Portuguese, Austrian, Hungarian, Spanish, Polish, French).
• You have a global and rational vision of production, you are sensitive to technologies and tools that allow you to automatise and control tasks.
• You thrive in startup and dynamic environments.
