Contexte:

Afin de renforcer nos équipes de notre organisation Support Services France & Luxembourg, nous recherchons un personne pour le poste de Service Transition Specialist. Cette personne jouera un rôle clé dans la réussite des transitions de services SDIS. Il est le garant de la fluidité, de la qualité et de la conformité des projets de transition, en lien avec les équipes locales et les centres de delivery.

Missions principales

• Piloter les projets de transition SDIS de bout en bout (onboarding, mise en service, clôture).

• Coordonner les parties prenantes internes (GDC, SDM, ADV, GTM, IM) et externes.

• Être l’interlocuteur principal du client durant la phase de transition.

• Assurer le reporting et les livrables de transition.

• Identifier et gérer les risques, résoudre les blocages.

• Capitaliser sur les retours d’expérience pour améliorer les processus.

Compétences requises

• Vous avez déjà fait vos preuves en gestion de projets, projet de transition ou d’onboarding de services.

• Bonnes capacités de communication et de coordination.

• Méthodologie structurée et proactive.

• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais professionnel (écrit et oral).

• Connaissance des outils ITSM et des modèles de delivery de services.

Positionnement dans l’organisation

• Rattaché au Manager Support & Transition France/Luxembourg.

• Collaboration étroite avec les équipes SDM, CSM, ADV, IM, GTM.

• Interventions sur les périmètres France et Luxembourg.

Objectifs du poste

• Réussir les transitions SDIS dans les délais et avec un haut niveau de qualité.

• Clarifier les responsabilités et harmoniser les pratiques de transition.

• Contribuer à l’efficacité opérationnelle et à la satisfaction client.
