The (Senior) Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of cloud software implementation projects. The (Senior) Project Manager will need to understand customer project objectives and take ownership of Novutech contractual requirements defined in the Statement of Work. He or she will manage resources assigned to fulfil those requirements using Novutech’s implementation methodology, lead implementation planning, control project plan and overall execution, develop positive relationships with all project stakeholders creating a high level of customer satisfaction, and help the customer realize expected benefits.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate and monitor billable projects from initiation through delivery

  • Serve as liaison between company and clients to ensure all targets and requirements are met

  • Evaluate and develop project plans

  • Prepare status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders

  • Identify and mitigate risks

  • Disseminate information on potential delays

  • Assist in pre-sales engagements

  • Align project requirements with resource competencies

  • Establish project roles and responsibilities

  • Track project status and communicate updates

  • Exercise risk and issue management

  • Ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction

  • Transition deliverables to support services upon completion


Preferované skúsenosti

  • Bachelor or Master degree.

  • Three to Five years of project management experience

  • Project size managed between 50 and 500 days

  • Project Management experience on completion of numerous software and product

  • implementations e.g. full lifecycle ERP implementation projects

  • Experience working with, and/or coordinating the efforts of multiple parties

  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly-changing

  • environment, working with complex projects and handling demanding customers.

  • Possess a high degree of project planning, organizational skills, and systems

  • integration expertise

  • Possess knowledge of the market to which they are assigned, including: industry,

  • trends, the applicability of Novutech products within the target market, and key

  • competitors.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification or equivalent is desirable.
