What will be your responsibilities?

• Partner with the management to ensure the business needs are met
• Design and implement new HR strategies and procedures
• Performance Management
• Talent management
• Driving the end-to-end recruitment process
• Active cooperation with hiring managers in the Czech Republic and/or in Denmark
• Administrative tasks involved with the recruitment process
• Supporting Employer Branding activities

Currently, we are team of 6 and we work together in informal way and friendly atmosphere. We are sharing new ideas and knowledge across the team and helping each other. We enjoy creative approach while maintaining high quality delivery of all HR services to almost 300 colleagues in our Prague office.

What do you bring with you?

• You have HR business partnering experience
• You have at least 1 year experience of IT recruitment
• You have experience with managing employee relations issues
• You have knowledge of Czech labour law
• You are a great communicator who is able to build trustful relationships
• You are problem solver – you can analyse the problem, offer different solutions and assess what is the best approach
• You are fluent in English both spoken and written
