This is a full-time freelance mission, based in our offices in Paris (75010), with a desired start date in mid-April and running until the end of July.

We are looking for someone available on-site and fully dedicated to the role for the entire duration of the mission.

📝 Job Description :

You will join the finance team composed of André (CFO), Thibault Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and Christ, Finance Ops Apprentice.

We will welcome our future Sales Admin Manager in mid-July, and this freelance mission is designed to ensure continuity of operations until his arrival.

You will be responsible for all client invoicing, and your main responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the multi-country client invoicing and factoring process

  • Oversee the full collection process, including legal proceedings when necessary

  • Measure and analyze key financial and operational KPIs

  • Handle and resolve client claims and disputes

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement & automation of financial operations processes

  • Be the billing referent for the others teams & share reliable figures to the finance team

  • Work with the accounting team on monthly and annual closings

🫵 About you :

  • 2 years of experience as a Sales Admin Manager or in a similar role

  • Highly rigorous and reliable, with strong attention to detail and deadlines

  • Proactive, solution-oriented & automation-minded, anticipating issues and driving improvements

  • Curious and business-minded, eager to understand the “why” behind the numbers

  • Strong team spirit, collaborative and constructive with both Finance and non-Finance stakeholders
