Job Description

We are looking for an Automotive Technical Helpdesk Specialist to support our expert team—providing technical advice to dealers and independent workshops on diagnostics and repairs. This is your chance to be at the heart of automotive innovation and help technicians deliver excellent service.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for various systems, focusing on diagnostics and root cause analysis
  • Guide dealers through repair processes and ensure accurate case documentation
  • Take ownership of cases from opening to resolution or escalation—with clear and professional communication
  • Research technical documentation, manuals, and solution databases to support problem-solving
  • Collaborate with workshop technicians and internal contacts to resolve complex technical issues
  • Monitor and manage open cases through active follow-up
  • Escalate cases when necessary—with complete and correct documentation of all relevant information
  • Communicate product issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Carefully analyze and provide complete information before escalating or forwarding cases
  • Support dealer staff by identifying training needs and skill gaps
  • Build strong relationships with dealers and workshop teams to improve service quality
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction through high-quality diagnostic and repair support

Preferované skúsenosti

What you ideally bring:

  • A degree in automotive engineering or equivalent professional experience
  • Solid knowledge of vehicle mechanics and electric vehicles
  • Experience in technical support or workshop diagnostics
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools
  • Ability to read technical drawings and interpret measurement data
  • Analytical thinking, structured working style, and customer orientation
  • Fluent language skills in Turkish and English, ideally also in German
  • A general competency test/assessment in vehicle diagnostics will be part of the selection process
