ERA2140 Intelligence Team - Web3 Venture Studio

We are on the lookout for a Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in our company’s strategic growth and support the ERA2140 Intelligence team. As part of a dynamic and recognized venture studio in the Web3 sector, this role offers an enriching experience within a growth-oriented team.

Main Responsibilities

Support to the Intelligence operations

• Web3 market dynamics, sector (Niche) analysis

• Economic models benchmarking

• Develop, model and test new web3 economic models.

• Propose and deploy said model for implementation in client projects.

Investment Material Production

• Create high-end pitch decks, executive reports etc for various use-cases.

Content & Technical Documentation

• Craft well-researched and detailed technical documents that highlights innovations, project benchmarks, and economic models within the Web3 space.

• Produce a variety of engaging web3 contents (articles, infographics).

Web3 Business Analysis

• Perform detailed analysis and structuring of incoming leads in collaboration with the CPO.

• Due diligence

• Framing of business and functional requirements

• Modelling (business plans, game economics, customer analysis)

What we are looking for!

• A Master student from top business schools - Able to provide an internship agreement of 6 months from January

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools (google slides, sheets and notion).

• Familiarity with web3 business models and an ability to analyse market dynamics. Familiarity with blockchain technology and Layer 2 scaling solutions is a huge plus.

• Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Grit, proactiveness and resilience in evolving work environments

• Fluency in French and English

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience with SQL, Python, and algorithms.

The recruitment process is as follows;

• Recruitment test (if required)

• Second and final Interview with Florian (CEO)
