About the Role
We’re looking for our first Content Manager to build and own Modjo’s content ecosystem from the ground up.
You’ll operate at the intersection of content strategy and hands-on production, with clear ownership and impact on Modjo’s brand and growth.
Your objective is to make Modjo the brand salespeople genuinely follow, trust, and learn from — by delivering content that brings real value, expertise, and perspective to their day-to-day reality.
Your Mission
1. Define and own Modjo’s content strategy
- Build a clear content strategy aligned with Modjo’s positioning and core personas
- Turn sales, AI, and performance topics into sharp, useful, and opinionated narratives
- Identify the right formats, channels, and topics to reach salespeople and support their day-to-day challenges
- Own the editorial calendar across key formats (website resources & blog, newsletters, LinkedIn)
- Guarantee consistency of voice, tone, and storytelling across all content
2. Build and activate Modjo’s social media presence
- Define and execute Modjo’s social media strategy across:
> Brand channels
> Employee and C-level advocacy
> Influencers and industry partnerships
- Produce social-first content grounded in the reality of salespeople in the field
- Use social media as a core lever for brand visibility, credibility, and preference within the sales ecosystem
3. Develop co-marketing content initiatives
- Identify and activate co-marketing opportunities with partners, customers, and ecosystem players
- Co-create high-impact content (events, interviews, webinars, joint campaigns) to extend Modjo’s reach and authority
- Coordinate content production and distribution with partners to maximize impact
4. Scale content production with AI
- Use AI as a core component of the content workflow to scale ideation, production, repurposing, and distribution without compromising quality
- Explore, test, and implement state-of-the-art AI tools for content creation (scriptwriting, video generation, image and video enhancement, subtitling, localization)

- Modjo has a clear, recognizable content and social voice within the sales ecosystem
- You’re seen internally as the content owner, not just an executor

Who You Are
- You have 3–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing
- You’re comfortable with sales, RevOps, SaaS, or go-to-market topics (or deeply curious about them)
- You can think strategically and execute hands-on — writing is part of the job
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset: you take ownership, love autonomy, and enjoy building from scratch
- You’re not afraid to rethink how content is created in the age of AI
- You’re curious about tools, workflows, and new ways to work smarter
- You care about clarity, sharp thinking, and useful content — not fluff
- You’re fluent in English and French
- Comfortable with design and video editing
