In 2005, Philippe Corrot and Adrien Nussenbaum anticipated the e-commerce revolution and created SplitGames, a marketplace for gamers that was quickly acquired by Fnac. Building on this success, they founded Mirakl in 2012 with the ambition to give all businesses the opportunity to launch and grow their own marketplace.

Their vision for the platform model and their expertise continue to guide more than 750 employees serving 450 clients worldwide.

Mirakl Labs is the heart of the engine, where everything begins. Engineering, Product, Design, and Data teams work hand in hand to develop and maintain our SaaS applications.

Our technical culture is based on agile processes, an up-to-date tech stack, and microservices architectures, enabling us to continually create innovative features within Mirakl products.

Our commercial teams support future clients in their digital transformation with Mirakl solutions. Composed of Business Developers, Solution Engineers, Account Executives, and Account Managers, they master the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to contract management—by understanding each client’s challenges and offering tailored solutions.

Our Marketing teams build Mirakl’s brand awareness and generate demand through a multichannel strategy: product marketing, corporate communications, events, webinars, expert content, and digital. Marketing and Sales teams work closely together to generate new growth opportunities.

Our Customer Success teams ensure the success of Mirakl’s clients. Made up of business consultants and technical experts, they support our clients from project phases through post-deployment.
