Your Role:

As our Employer Brand Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Mirakl's employer brand and enhancing internal communications. Working closely with our People Team, you'll report directly to the Talent Acquisition Director and collaborate with various teams to attract top talent and foster employee engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Employer Brand Strategy aimed at attracting, showcasing, and retaining top talent on a global scale.
  • Craft compelling Employee Value Propositions and create engaging content across various platforms.
  • Manage and enhance our global and local Employer Brand channels, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Welcome to the Jungle, JobTeaser, BuiltIn (US) and more.
  • Lead the development of our Employee Advocacy Strategy to encourage active participation from Mirakl employees.
  • Organize digital and in-person events to showcase Mirakl's expertise and culture.
  • Enhance internal communications through strategic planning and impactful initiatives.



Requirements:

  • Master's degree with 5+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in direct employer branding roles, demonstrating a strong track record of success in developing and executing comprehensive employer branding strategies.
  • A proactive approach to networking and creating connections both within Mirakl and externally.
  • Proficiency in visual storytelling mediums such as video, digital art, and social media channels.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on taking action and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in English and French.
