We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our Product Team. We’re looking for an experienced designer to lead our design efforts and help define an outstanding developer experience of Mindee’s platform.

Missions
You will be working cross functionally within the company to ensure we deliver an outstanding Developer Experience throughout our product range. Your key responsibilities will be the following:

• Primarily work on improving the overall platform and developer experience
• Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to make sure the best UX is always chosen
• Set Design standards and be the owner of the quality of integration
• Build, maintain and ensure adoption of a design system to ensure design consistency
• Drive user research and gather customers feedbacks to help build our roadmap
• Create prototypes to iterate quickly on new features
• Work on fun side projects demonstrating unique implementations of our APIs

What we are looking for

• Strong experience as a UI/UX designer
• Experience in implementing design systems
• A proven track record of owning all aspects in Design from discovery to delivery
• A robust portfolio of web applications that you’ve participated in crafting
• Detail oriented, you are a self starter that makes things move forward
• Experience with Design and Prototyping Tools
• Bonus: Previous experience in developer tools is a plus
