You will join MEGA as a presales engineer in the EMEA team, with focus on the German (and German-speaking) market, in which MEGA has significant growth. You will report to the EMEA presales manager and work in strong collaboration with the country manager for DACH.
Your role will be to convince prospects to buy our software: you will demonstrate the software to prospects, answer Request for Proposals (RFPs), run proof of concepts (POCs), and generally make sure that prospects like the solution.
You will have the opportunity to speak on webinars and on-site events, and train local MEGA partners on our solutions, to develop the business in the region.
Travel between Paris and Germany might be required.
What will be your responsibilities?
Prepare and run software demonstrations for prospects or clients
Answer requests for proposals (RFPs)
Run Proof of Concepts (POCs)
Support sales activities in coordination with the Sales Director
Present the software and value proposition at webinars or on-site events
Run partner trainings
What skills you’ll need?
We expect most (not necessarily all) of the following skills:
7-12 years of working experience, including 3 years in presales
Strong background with good experience in Enterprise Architecture (knowledge of TOGAF and architecture modeling)
Experience in software implementation
Professional German
Soft skills: communication, analysis, conciseness, organization, method
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Management skills: ability to lead a remote project team
