The position : We are looking to bring on a Junior Talent Acquisition to support our hiring needs across EMEA. 

As a TA at Match Group EMEA (Meetic, Tinder, Hinge, MatchGroup Corporate) you’ll be responsible for the candidate’s hiring experience. You will work closely with our recruiters, hiring managers and candidates, contributing to the overall success of our recruiting process. You’ll be a direct and impactful presence in how MatchGroup is viewed as an amazing place to work.

Missions:

  • Schedule and coordinate all phone, video and in-person interviews with international stakeholders
  • Support and Partner with recruiters to provide high quality experience to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Actively participate to the 2024 internship hiring campaigns for EMEA
  • Recruitment management from A to Z
  • Be actively part of the offer decision making process
  • Learn how to work in a fully international scale
  • Work closely and partner with diverse teams across various departments
  • Collaborate with TA team on the school partnership project and the intern and internship community

    • Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and in French
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive information with tact
  • Solutions oriented and able to prioritize responsibilities to work efficiently
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Have the right level of speech according to stakeholders
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Desire and ability to work collaboratively

    Remote working possible after the integration period

    Contract: Apprenticeship 12 month or 24 month
