We are now looking for a B2B Loyalty Animation, within the B2B Marketing team. Your mission: You are responsible for the omnichannel animation of the Loyalty program and its evolution. You will be reporting to​ the B2B Loyalty lead and you will work on all ManoManoPro geographies (4 countries to start) and devices. If you are looking for a transversal and international strategic marketing project , if you are both bold and data-driven, and if you want to join an innovative scale-up, this job is for you !

Main Missions:

LOYALTY PROGRAM ANIMATION:

  • Participate in the definition of the CRM animation for the loyalty program and optimaze the communication on our most loyal customers to boost repeat and reduce churn (test & learn approach)
  • Participate in the acquisition and engagement strategy of the B2B Loyalty program on all levers (CRM, paid campaigns, leads, events, etc.) to achieve our repeat business objectives
  • PARTICIPATE IN LOYALTY STRATEGIES DEFINITION:

  • Participate in the construction of new Loyalty strategies (paid and free) in all ManoManoPro countries
  • Participate to monitor our loyalty performance indicators
  • PROJECT MANAGER:

  • Participate in the deployment and the expansion of our pro loyalty program with both the Design/UX, Tech, Ops and Business teams and take part in the definition of the user experience improvements and new tech features
  • Participate on operational monitoring and deployment of projects related to the launch in other countries
  • Profile requirement:

  • * Master 1 or 2 from a Business School / Engineering School / other (or equivalent university education)
  • Experience in marketing/CRM
  • Creative / Innovative
  • Good digital culture
  • English bilingual
  • 100% customer oriented (or prefer customer centric)
  • Data Driven
  • Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment)
  • Curious, open-minded and willing to learn
  • Audacious and ingenious in your work
  • Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
  • You test and experiment new solutions in your work
