→ You will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO in his daily tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:

1️⃣ ensuring an exceptional sales experience for our prospects (help on filling RFPs of CAC40 and Fortune500 companies, prepare sales presentation..);

2️⃣ supporting our 🇺🇸 expansion (work on Go-To-Market projects, onboarding new hires…);

3️⃣ promoting company-wide coordination by establishing efficient processes, tracking OKRs, and driving key initiatives.

Required background

• A doer mindset: you are proactive, results-oriented, and enjoy taking ownership of tasks;

• Curiosity and organization: you have an inquisitive nature, a structured approach to work, and you’re a ChatGPT power user;

• Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint;

• Strong interest in the startup industry: you’re passionate about innovation and thrive in a fast-paced environment;

• Good level of English (70% of our prospects & customers are in English-speaking countries)

• Excellent command of French and English languages
