In order to continue our expansion in this market, we are looking for a Working Student to support our growing Customer Success team in Germany.
𝐀𝐧𝐝, 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲?
Your missions can evolve based on your skills and experience, but here are the main tasks you will do on a daily basis:
𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥-𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧):

Beyond that, depending on your skills and interests, you will have a chance to support our expansion inside Germany. This can mean taking on small strategic projects, as well as supporting other departments, such as the Country Manager, Marketing or Sales, as well.
𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐚 𝐛𝐢𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮, 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐢𝐭?
❏ You are working towards a university degree with at least two semesters remaining.
❏ You have a Tech / SaaS affinity. Implementing softwares excites you.
❏ You are looking for a dynamic work environment with varied missions requiring versatility and organization.
❏ You speak German at a native level and you have a strong command of English. French skills are not needed, but a plus.
❏ Clear and structured oral and written communication.
❏ Taste for human contact and pedagogy.
❏ An aptitude for solving practical and sometimes technical problems.
❏ A sense of service and a taste for things well done.

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟏: Screening interview with HR (30')
𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟐: Interview with Stefan, Customer Success Consultant (60')
𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟑: Technical interview with Stefan followed by an interview with Marek, the Country Manager in Germany (60') and a coffee with the team
