You will be joining Marketplace team which is our biggest engineering team with 10 people. You will be focused on developing & maintaining our connectors with marketplaces. The team is working on several Feature Teams concerning different topics : marketplace connector upgrade, internal tool improvement, API enhancement, etc.

Our 2024 goal will be to secure our Top-10 connectors by securing our delivery pipeline and increasing our quality. As well as developing new tools and improving our workflows to ensure scalability, customer satisfaction and business growth.

Purpose of the job:
You will be joining the team as a Senior Software Developer, working closely with members of the team.

⌨️ Your main tasks would be as follows :

• People - You will support and grow the skills of your team :
• You will help the team to overcome technical blockers
• You will participate in technical skills sharing with the team
• You will participate in correcting technical tests if you're interested
• Innovation - You will be a bearer of the technical innovation of the project
• You will be force of proposal on the enhancement of the technical stack & the product
• You will collect & prioritize technical subjects (enablers) which seems the best in collaboration with Product team & the Tech Lead
• Quality - You will ensure code quality :
• You will be a force of propositions regarding good practices in collaboration with the Tech Lead
• You will participate in making releases and proceed to deployments
• Development - You will have hand on key subjects of the application :
• You will be actively participating in the sprint and its completion
• You will be participating in key subjects linked to the maintenance of the application

• Tools : Bitbucket (GitHub soon), Jira, Datadog, Docker, RabbitMQ

Experiences :

• A solid experience as Software Developer in Python
• Already worked on projects using known web frameworks in the industry : Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.

Skills & soft skills :

• Python 4-6 years (must have)
• Django, PostgreSQL, Celery, Docker, FastAPI (nice to have)
• Design & Architecture
• Ability to adapt to a given context and to work on a project of several years old
• Curious / Autonomous / Good analysis skills / Force of proposal / Problem Solver
