ABOUT THE POSITION

  • Assist Lemonway employees with their IT Equipment, accounts, softwares and also various questions or requests.
  • Manage and keep clean the IT Stock (where our IT equipment is stored) a quick weekly check is necessary to avoid having newcomers without the full welcome package. The order of new equipment will also be part of the IT Stock, you’ll work directly with Apple and Dell for the order of computers.
  • Manage Newcomers and Leavers. You will have to create the accounts for the new joiners in the company (Azure AD, Microsoft account, Slack account and other internal tools) and make sure they have the right access. Deploy new computer for the newcomer, we are using Windows OS and MacOS at Lemonway. On the opposite for the leavers, retrieve the equipment, suspend accounts.
  • The Windows computer are (for now) managed only in Microsoft Defender, a bi-weekly check will have to be perform to be sure that the computer are fully up to date. The same thing will have to be done for the MacBook as we've implemented MS Defender on it. The improvement of the Azure Plateform (keeping deployment profiles up to date for example) is also an ongoing project.
  • Manage the professional mobile lines on the operator plateform (Bouygues).This means, managing the users assigned to a phone, check if lines are still in use, add or cancel lines depending on our needs.
  • Perform an IT Technology and security monitoring to be aware of evolution of softwares that Lemonway is using.
  • Managing all the access for SharePoint sites and the Mailboxes (creation/modification/deleting of Shared Mailboxes, Distribution Lists, groups…)
  • Continue the general improvement of Lemonway Support. The ongoing project is the deployment of a ticketing system for Internal support. The tool is ServiceDesk by ManageEngine. In 2024 you’ll be responsible of managing incidents, service requests and other types of ticket.
