You will support our customers in the deployment of our solution on their internal tools.

Lemon Learning has developed a solution to design digital content to improve the learning process of software used in large groups. This innovative solution revolutionizes change management and training by providing help and training directly in the software, in an interactive way. Our consultants/project managers advise our clients on the right content to create, train them, create content for them, and provide the associated level 1 support. You will be personally responsible for about 10 clients, mainly SMEs and large groups in various sectors. You will be in constant contact with the project director and the DACH country manager.

Your missions

• Management of digital transformation projects with technical and functional interlocutors.

• Carrying out kick offs with your clients

• Analysis of client needs

• Writing of project specifications

• Creation of content for your customers with our authoring solution

• Training of your clients

• Preparation of the project schedule

• Help with the integration and configuration of our solution

• Customer Success Management

• Level 2 support

• At the heart of the customer experience, you will actively participate in the improvement of our solution and its features.

• Like the whole project team, you will be assigned an internal project according to your skills and abilities.

Onboarding

Phase 1: 0 to 3 months

• Complete training in all aspects of our solution with a project manager and the technical team

• Mastery of the functional aspects of Lemon Learning

• Understanding of our clients’ challenges, discovery of your clients

• Creation of off-the-shelf content

• Management of level 1 support requests with a senior project manager

Phase 2: 1 to 3 months

• Realization of a first Kick-off with the project manager

• Mastery of the technical aspects of our solution

• Creation of your first contents for a client

• Training of a client Management of level 1 support requests in autonomy

Phase 3 : 3 months and more

• Management of your own customer accounts in conjunction with the project manager

• Establishment of schedules, specifications, and other project deliverables Increase in autonomy on your missions

We consider CVs that already have experience with a software company or as a consultant in the digital transformation of companies.

• Experience in project management or consulting is required

• Appetence for educational engineering and digital tools

• You like to work independently

• Naturally curious and self-taught, you like to discover new applications and software

• You are rigorous and highly organized

• You are highly motivated and eager to learn

• You are a native German speaker and have a good command of English
