At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. The team: you will be joining our Global Creative team composed of 3D Designers, Art Directors, UX Designers, Brand Designers and Producers. The team is shaping Ledger's brand identity and user experiences. The role will work on the CRM/Growth campaigns.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and produce assets for CRM campaigns, including email templates, newsletters, and automated email flows.

• Create visually compelling assets for paid media and performance marketing campaigns, including social media ads, banners, and landing page elements.

• Collaborate with the Growth team to understand campaign goals and target audiences, ensuring designs align with objectives.

• Contribute to regular brand design projects for the Creative team, maintaining consistent brand identity across all materials.

• Develop and implement design solutions that optimize for conversion and user engagement.

• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

• Utilize Adobe Suite and Figma for design creation and collaboration.

• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices in digital marketing.

What we're looking for:

• 2 to 3 years proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.

• Experience designing email templates and understanding email marketing best practices.

• Knowledge of performance marketing and ability to design creatives that drive conversion.

• Ability to adapt to and work within established brand guidelines.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design.

• Understanding of A/B testing and data-driven design.
