About the role

Assist Product team in daily operations and processes, support Sales, PS and Product Marketing teams 

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative product data

  • provide Sales, PS and Product marketing teams with the analytical product data

  • coordinate the preparation of and participate in internal webinars

  • create presentations related to various product management activities

  • create and maintain technical documentation on existing and new functionality and workflows

  • ensure that Product team tools and processes are used efficiently and accurately

  • test the Format developments

  • analyze the customer cases

  • Education, experience and skills:

  • fluent oral and written English 

  • good communication skills

  • strong presentation and organizational skills 

  • Software: Excel, PPT

  • basic IT skills would be a plus

  • knowledge of VBA or SQL would be a plus 

  • Software documentation writing

  • Background:

  • First experience in IT, QA, consulting or internal IT support
