About the role
Assist Product team in daily operations and processes, support Sales, PS and Product Marketing teams
Essential duties and responsibilities
collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative product data
provide Sales, PS and Product marketing teams with the analytical product data
coordinate the preparation of and participate in internal webinars
create presentations related to various product management activities
create and maintain technical documentation on existing and new functionality and workflows
ensure that Product team tools and processes are used efficiently and accurately
test the Format developments
analyze the customer cases
Education, experience and skills:
fluent oral and written English
good communication skills
strong presentation and organizational skills
Software: Excel, PPT
basic IT skills would be a plus
knowledge of VBA or SQL would be a plus
Software documentation writing
Background:
First experience in IT, QA, consulting or internal IT support
