Help us use technology to make a big green dent in the universe!

Kraken powers some of the most innovative global developments in energy.

We’re a technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system. From optimising renewable generation, creating a more intelligent grid and enabling utilities to provide excellent customer experiences, our operating system for energy is transforming the industry around the world in a way that benefits everyone.

It’s a really exciting time in energy. Help us make a real impact on shaping a better, more sustainable future.

We’re looking for a Learning Systems Manager with deep, hands-on Docebo experience to own and lead the global management of Kraken’s learning platform ecosystem.

You’ll sit in our central Learning & Talent team and take responsibility for the configuration, optimisation, governance, and continuous improvement of our new Docebo platform. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Learning, Technology, People Ops, Engineering, and our global delivery and client teams to ensure the system delivers a seamless, world-class experience for every user — internal and external.

This role blends technical platform ownership, content architecture, vendor and integration management, data/analytics governance, and learning-experience design. You’ll help shape how colleagues onboard, develop skills, progress in their roles, and access learning across the entire colleague lifecycle. You’ll also support our SaaS implementation teams by enabling learning experiences for client organisations during onboarding and deployment of the Kraken platform, using Docebo as the backbone of their capability journey.

You’ll be both strategic and hands-on — designing the roadmap, implementing improvements, solving problems, and ensuring the platform runs smoothly day-to-day.

What you'll do:

  • Own and manage Docebo globally, including configuration, workflows, governance, permissions, and optimisation.
  • Design and maintain a scalable content architecture that supports onboarding, development pathways, technical learning, leadership programmes, compliance, and client enablement.
  • Partner with Learning Partners and SMEs to advise on how best to structure, publish, host, and track learning within the platform.
  • Provide expert guidance on Docebo capabilities, recommending features, add-ons, automation, and integrations that enhance the user experience.
  • Work closely with delivery and client implementation teams to design and support learning journeys for external partners using Docebo as part of their Kraken onboarding.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including Docebo support, troubleshooting escalations, feature releases, sandbox testing, and contract activities.
  • Oversee integrations (SSO, HRIS, content libraries, compliance tools, APIs) working with Technology teams to ensure stability and scalability.
  • Ensure global consistency in structure, taxonomy, tagging, metadata, and quality standards.
  • Lead platform governance, including naming conventions, permissions, workflows, QA, and content lifecycle management.
  • Train and support administrators and power users across regions, ensuring capability and consistency in how they use the system.
  • Champion the learner experience, constantly looking for ways to make the platform intuitive, personalised, and engaging.
  • Act as the internal Docebo expert, staying ahead of releases, updates, new features, and industry best practices.
  • What you'll need:

  • Proven hands-on experience managing and configuring Docebo in a multi-region or complex environment.
  • Strong understanding of LMS administration, workflows, content architecture, and user experience design.
  • Experience integrating LMS platforms with HRIS, SSO tools, content libraries, and other learning systems.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery and platform troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable managing multiple global stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into plain language.
  • A learner-centric mindset with relentless attention to detail and usability.
  • It would be great if you have:

  • Experience implementing Docebo in a fast-growth or global organisation.
  • Knowledge of learning experience platforms, APIs, or content authoring tools.
  • Familiarity with technical learning pathways, engineering onboarding, or software product enablement.
  • Understanding of SCORM/xAPI, automation, and digital learning standards.
  • Experience supporting client-facing learning environments in a SaaS organisation.
  • A passion for simplifying complexity and creating joyful learner experiences.
