Help us use technology to make a big green dent in the universe!

Kraken powers some of the most innovative global developments in energy.

We’re a technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system. From optimising renewable generation, creating a more intelligent grid and enabling utilities to provide excellent customer experiences, our operating system for energy is transforming the industry around the world in a way that benefits everyone.

It’s a really exciting time in energy. Help us make a real impact on shaping a better, more sustainable future.

At Kraken, we pride ourselves in the partnership we build with our clients. We want to support this by building out a structured, tailored nurture program that would provide a cohesive experience to our clients from the moment they enter as prospects all the way to tenured clients. This program should: (1) strengthen the relationship between Kraken and clients to drive acquisition and retention; (2) improve the knowledge around Kraken products and use cases to drive upsell and product adoption; (3) facilitate peer-to-peer exchanges across clients to develop a feeling of belonging to the Kraken community.

What you'll do:

  • Devise and stand-up an end-to-end nurture program across the full lifecycle to drive acquisition all the way to adoption, retention and upsell;
  • Define persona and audience segments to develop tailored campaigns across email, small-scale events, webinars, newsletters and other channels, and blend in unique Kraken experiences;
  • Work with the Customer Success team to build out and manage an engaging digital hub for our clients;
  • Develop the right mix of always-on automated workflows and proactive, one-off engagement touch points (such as end of year campaign);
  • Run a global program initially from the US through Europe to Japan and Australia;
  • Partner with customer success, sales and marketing to align on messaging, timing, touch points and execution;
  • Assist Customer Success team in running Product Councils;
  • Measure and report on funnel health and program performance.
  • What you'll have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, product marketing or campaign marketing;
  • Background in an enterprise B2B software;
  • Ideally background in energy, utilities or sustainability;
  • Ideally global or international experience;
  • Excited about building things from scratch but also optimizing programs once they’re built;
  • Ability to build sophisticated programs for senior stakeholders but with Kraken personality.

Across Kraken, we're looking for genuinely decent people who are honest and empathetic.
