We are now looking for a Regional Learning & Development Specialist in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). This position will be based in Prague, Czechia.

Job description:

  • driving talent development strategy
  • cooperation and day-to-day contact with CEE countries, aiming to satisfy their needs and requests
  • design, develop and deliver learning and development strategy and programmes
  • building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, country representatives, trainers (internal and external), HoLs, training coordinators and third-party vendors
  • support to two colleagues in Poland
  • creating and implementing L&D policies and procedures
  • CEE Point of contact for PD related processes
  • other ad-hoc duties.

We require:

  • university degree (bachelor’s degree sufficient)
  • native/fluent knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
  • good knowledge of learning & development processes (ideally, 2 years of experience)
  • IT proficiency, including MS – Excel, Outlook, Word, etc. (knowledge of SAP Success Factors an advantage)
  • relationship management skills
