Job description
1) Lead and mentor a software engineering team
Organize and manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
Drive technical excellence in engineering practices
Participate in architectural design and decision-making
Lead sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and execution
2 ) Helping grow the Team
Everyone on the early team plays an important role in attracting, closing, and growing other talented team members
Take an active part in hiring interviews
Make sure each Kilner of the team is in a positive mindset (1o1s, support, training)
Our stack
Solidity for smart contract development
Software in Golang with Javascript and Typescript
Communication between services is done using HTTP Rest and most of our databases are backed by PostgreSQL
Everything runs in EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) on AWS

Skills & Background
5+ years of software engineering experience, including 1+ year in Golang
At least 2 years in a leadership or management role
Proven interest in blockchain technology
Ideally :
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup/scaleup environment (<100 people)
Experience in fintech, blockchain, or crypto companies
Exposure to architectural patterns, distributed systems, and related problematics
Experience designing, building, and deploying user-facing, infrastructure-related, or API-based products
Soft skills :
A growth mindset focused on continuous improvement and learning
Contagious excitement and enthusiasm for the work
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
