As part of strengthening the Kameleoon Consulting team in North America and ensuring our customers are satisfied and successful in deploying and leveraging Kameleoon solutions, we are looking for a talented and motivated Customer Success Manager & Presales specialist in Toronto (Canada).
Under the leadership of a Customer Success Team Leader, you will be in charge of the successful retention and expansion of a customer portfolio in our North American market and contribute as a presales consultant to help close new deals.
In this role, you will provide thought leadership to Kameleoon’s customers, leveraging your customer success and presales experience to drive business outcomes for your customers and demonstrate Kameleoon value to prospects. You will take a consultative approach to achieve their goals on experimentation & optimization while being accountable for best-in-class user adoption, retention, growth, and customer advocacy.
