As an Event Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in Kactus’ international expansion and ensure our clients’ satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

🌟 Manage your clients’ event requests:
You’ll handle client inquiries and guide them throughout the entire booking process to deliver an unforgettable experience — from briefing and commercial follow-up to contacting suppliers, negotiating offers, and finalizing bookings.

❤️ Build long-term client relationships:
You’ll develop strong, lasting relationships with your clients, ensuring their satisfaction before and after the booking, turning them into loyal Kactus ambassadors within their companies.

🗣️ Focus on Ireland :
Native English skills are required, French is a plus

Work Experience in Ireland is required

• Native English speaker :
  You speak English at a native level. Knowledge of French is a plus, but not required.

• Event experience 🏆:
  You’re passionate about the events industry and already have experience in this field, with a previous profesionnal experience in Italy

• Excellent communication skills 🤝:
