Leading partnerships for the US specifically, you will be responsible for putting Jow on the map with our retail & FMCG partners, who we work with to fulfill Jow orders, and making sure we quickly become industry leaders. You will also have the opportunity to create & develop brand new revenue streams - the sky’s the limit! - and grow revenue across services and verticals.
This is a leadership position, with a heavy dose of execution - something we all do here! Expect to also own growing the business development & partnerships team over time.

What you’ll do:
Develop the partnerships strategy with the CEO and VP international expansion
Evaluate and prioritize partnership opportunities, performing quantitative and qualitative due diligence
Leverage your network to get us in the room with decision makers at targeted companies (grocers, retailers, FMCG & CPG companies)
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across our strategy, product, engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure close alignment on deals before, during and after deal sign
Maintain all aspects of partnership go-to-market, ensuring that both parties hit their respective timelines prior, during, and after launch
Over time, develop and lead the team
Attend weekly meetings to engage with team members, review weekly performance, brainstorm creative ideas, and sync on initiatives
5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or similar role in the grocery, food retail, FMCG/CPG or similar space
Strong analytical, leadership, intellectual curiosity, and partnering skills
Demonstrated ability to think critically and leverage data to drive strategy & a strong problem-solving mindset
You love food
You love communicating with others and people have described you as friendly, a good listener, and a great team player
You love to learn and are constantly looking for ways to optimize what you do
You love data and are a meticulous worker - attention to detail is a must!
You think dad jokes are funny and might even have a few of your own up your sleeve
You’re happy working fully remotely

The hiring salary range for this position applies to the US as a whole, with the expectation that you will be fully remote. We do have a temporary working space in New York, so if you are local, you will be welcome to go work from there with our food & community management teams.
We are open to contract types (FT, PT, contract). The posted starting pay for the successful applicant is based on a FT position, and depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, and training.
