You will be joining the Product team and will be in contact with the different internal teams (sales - marketing - operations), in the context of the creation of product content. In this context you will in charge of :

* Creation of Product Visuals: you will be in charge of all product visuals. You will provide videos, tutorials and screenshots of the application to the different teams and keep them updated in the different environments

* Managing our Customer Help Center contents and internal contents: you will be in charge of maintaining the help center updated and adding new articles when new features are added, as well as creating ready-to-be-used content for our teams (Sales, CSM, Care)

* Informing Key Users: each month, you’ll be in charge of informing our Key Users of the features that are going to be released through our monthly release note

* Market research: you will be in charge of having updated information of our main and new competitors available for internal purposes

* Creation of content for social media posts: you’ll create one to two posts per month about our product features (LinkedIn)

You’re a student in communication, business or journalism school and ideally already have a first hand experience in content/communication creation & management, and you’re looking for an internship opportunity:

* You are versatile, autonomous and are at ease with teamwork and collaboration

* Great oral fluency and active listening skills

* Tech friendly, you love to discover and learn new skills and knowledge

* Excellent oral and written expression (spelling and grammar) in French and English (a 3rd language is a real advantage)

* Proficiency with both MS Office and Google tools suites
