We’re looking for a curious and motivated intern to join Joko’s Marketing team and help shape how we connect with millions of users every day.
As a Marketing Communication Intern, you’ll be at the heart of Joko’s communications, combining creativity, data, and technology to deliver personalized experiences that make every message feel meaningful. You’ll help bring our brand to life across push, email, and in-app channels, using both data and creativity to craft campaigns that drive engagement and long-term retention.
You’ll join a team where marketing meets innovation, experimenting with AI, automation, and storytelling to make our CRM smarter, faster, and more human.
Plan and launch campaigns: Coordinate and execute marketing communications (push, email, in-app) based on campaign calendars and business priorities.
Collaborate on content: Work with the Brand team to craft messages that are clear, engaging, and consistent with Joko’s tone of voice.
Automate and enhance automated user journeys: Support the design and optimization of automated CRM journeys that guide users from onboarding to retention through personalized and data-driven experiences.
Analyze and optimize: Monitor communications performance, run A/B tests, and identify actionable insights to continuously improve engagement and conversion.
Innovate and streamline processes: Leverage AI and automation to simplify workflows, improve efficiency, and push the boundaries of how we communicate with our users.

Education: Master’s degree in a business or communication school, ideally with a marketing focus.
Experience: 6-month internship with at least one prior experience in marketing or CRM.
Languages: Fluent in French (native level) and proficient in English (written and spoken).
User-centric: You’re always eager to understand users, how they think, what they value, and how they respond to communications.
Mindset: Analytical, detail-oriented, and curious about data and automation.

Intro call: Quick screening with the Hiring Manager or a recruiter.
Step 1 – Team interview (45 min): Conversation with two Joko team members (could include the Hiring Manager, people from the team you’d join, or colleagues from other teams).
Step 2 – Role-specific assessments
For non-tech roles: Take-home case study followed by a 45 min debrief. We assess both your output and how you think in real time. The exercise will be relevant to the role (e.g. analysis, strategy, or process design).
For tech roles: Live technical interviews:

For research internships, an additional round may involve analyzing and presenting a research paper
Step 3 – Founders interview (45 min): Conversation with two of our founders.
