🎯 What you will do

As Ads Creative Manager, your main mission is to maximize the performance of our paid acquisition by building a scalable, data-driven and continuously improving creative system that consistently delivers high-performing ads. You will sit at the intersection of creative strategy, production, and performance learnings, working hand-in-hand with User Acquisition Managers.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Own the paid ads creative strategy, learning loop, and iteration system

    • Define the global creative strategy for paid acquisition in line with business priorities and in collaboration with User Acquisition Managers.

    • Conduct ongoing competitive and industry benchmarks and maintain strong awareness of platform trends and formats.

    • Define creative testing hypotheses and structure experimentation to identify what truly drives performance.

    • Analyze creative results deeply, consolidate learnings over time, and ensure insights compound rather than reset.

    • Adapt creative angles, formats, and messaging to different personas, channels, and use cases.

  • Oversee and scale the creative production pipeline

    • Define and continuously optimize the creative sourcing model: determine the most effective and efficient way to produce each type of creative (AI tools, in-house, agencies, external creators, UGC platforms, or hybrid models).

    • Manage the end-to-end creative production flow from brief to delivery.

    • Produce content directly when advanced design skills are not required.

    • Ensure creative output scales efficiently in both volume and quality to support acquisition needs.

  • Strengthen creative performance measurement and tooling

    • Set up granular and advanced tracking to measure creative impact.

    • Build clear reporting frameworks to surface insights and performance drivers.

    • Test and implement AI and automation tools to improve efficiency.

  • Collaborate across teams to maximize impact and alignment

    • Work hand-in-hand with User Acquisition Managers, who own campaign setup, creative test execution, and day-to-day optimization.

    • Partner closely with the Brand & Communication team to ensure brand consistency, mutualize design best practices, and align on tools, formats, and creative standards.

    • Contribute to shared strategic thinking to ensure paid acquisition creatives strengthen both short-term performance and long-term brand equity.
