Your mission 👇

Within the Engineering Department and under the direction of the CTO, you will take charge of the management of the IT systems and CRM from their framing phase to deployment and transition to operation and maintenance by relying on internal and external teams.

What you’ll do ✏️

Assessing, monitoring and upgrading business systems and processes.
Lead the team working on building the operational workflows linking our CRM tools.
Regular reporting, exposing feedback on alerts & monitor tools
Define the IT systems and CRM strategy in accordance with the structure’s development plan.
Own & maintain the data links between our CRM systems and our product
Installation, maintenance and security of the operating and information system
Manage the budget of IT systems and CRM: ensure control of budgets to changing information systems & hardware.
Plan activities of the service and ensure compliance schedules.
Define the maintenance policy for IT equipment and software
Supervise the purchase and replacement of computer equipment and software.
Supervise the office networks and guarantee their operation and security.
Define maintenance plans.
Define quality procedures and computer security.

About you 💪

Experience as IT systems and CRM or similar role
Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
Outstanding Leadership & communication skills
Good level of English
